It’s my second purchase at Goulet Moto Sports. Karl, who is part of the floor sales team is one of the MOST informed people you will ever meet when it comes to anything motorcycle related. The attention to my order was above and beyond. Stephane Goulet who runs the store is an absolute gentleman. I would recommend shopping here especially when dealing with the above two people. They will not disappoint.
Great place to get your motorcycle and other gear. Great service, this is a real motorcycle shop...the guys/gals all ride and some race. Love my new tuono.

Nice people. I had some issues with loss of keys and they helped me fix the situation right away. Prices are a bit high, though quality is as well.
Absolutely fantastic service was greeted right away and had recommendation that were useful and allowed me to make great decisions with my purchases.
Purchased 2 Vespas,1 needed a key from the previous owner,1 year later still no key plus after several trips to dealer asking for it. I asked help of the service dept.to install my racks they gave no assistance. Vary bad after sales.
People that are dedicated , being new to the motorcycle culture , they took their time with me .Amazing selection in stock of Italian bikes specially my favorite MotoGuzzi ,Service department A1!!!
Went back and forth with them for weeks for parts I had ordered. Always said they'd call me back, I always had to call them back days later. Came to find out the order was never sent out, I lost a month waiting for the parts..
Beware! they sold me a shoei helmet last week, realized at home it was manifactured in 2013!
