Very bad service.... not sure if this dealership wants to sell cars or not but...nnNot dealing with them anymore.

I was there on march 7 to purchase a Mustang that I took for a test drive, went around the block, and the clutch gave out like they didn’t know this before about the car , so then with negotiations, I paid an extra $1200 in a guarantee to fix the clutch. Now march 29th three weeks later I still don’t have the car , I email the sales rep he never gets back to you doesn’t give you updates when you asked about your car that you left a deposit for three weeks ago Can’t give you a clear time when it’s going to be ready they just drags it on and drags it they don’t appreciate you as A customer come on three weeks to get a part for a popular car. Very unprofessional and very sneaky. I would never ever deal with this dealership again. I never end up buying the car , probably would’ve had to wait another two weeks I cancelled the deal. Let’s see how long it takes them to refund my money.

Went there to look at a used car and Ghadi was immediately there to greet me and was super friendly. I've had lots of bad experiences at dealerships but this time I felt very welcomed and respected by the staffs there. Ghadi answered all my questions and he even went above and beyond to contact me after the purchase in order to provide me with another key. Definitely will go back in a few months to see him to purchase another vehicle. You guys have earned a lifelong customer. Thank you Ghadi :
