I went for a free inspection from Toyota. While I was not initially pleased with the service I received, Ste-Thérèse Toyota contacted me to know why I was not satisfied and worked with me to resolve the issue I was having with them. This shows me this is a dealership and a service department who cares about the satisfaction of their clients and if future services are up to par with the quality we all know we can expect from Toyota, it will make me a returning customer.

Had to ask for a salesman after 15 minute of me being alone and looking at the Sienna...didnt even take the time to show me the car, we stayed at his desk...right to prices and a "think about it" and call me...

Good service. I just went there for my annual rustproof. There's a waiting room with coffee offered. Service was a little bit slow. Since I was new, I didn't know where to go and all. But they helped me. 4-star!
