Came a few days ago to change my brake hardware because my brakes were squealing and there was a tenical Bulletin for my car with upgraded brake hardware.nnI told specifically Patrick the service advisor to change all the hardware and not only the back one since I paid for the whole kit. Patrick assured me that's not a problem all of them in the kit will be installed!nnThe next day the squealing came again I checked the brakes visually and saw only the back hardware was new and shiny and the front one was old!nnCalled Patrick and explained the situation and told me he will discuss the issue with his manager and get back to me and it's been over a week and I have not heard from him!nnYesterday I ordered a new set of brake hardware from Toyota and have done the job myself as per the service bulletin.nnThe issue is resolved no squealing or any other noise.nnI am very disappointed at this point the job I asked for was not done completely in the first place then I was promised a call back from Patrick after talking to the manager which also did not occur.nnI literally wasted parts and labour at this dealership and the dealership did not take any care or action until now!nnMonday August 19th 4pm more than a month now still no call back from the dealership or Patrick

I am extremely satisfied with my recent car purchase from Ste-Thérèse Toyota.nnDavid Vallée and Sylvain Narbonne were both very helpful and knowledgeable.nnThe entire buying process was seamless, with no pressure and no surprise extra fees. David was transparent, accommodating and most importantly the whole car buying experience was stress-free!nSylvain was very knowledgeable about my particular Toyota model and helped me with settings, Android Auto etc..nnDavid and Sylvain are an absolute credit to Ste-Thérèse Toyota!!  I just wish there were more car Sales people out there like them.

Excellent buying experience with my new Carolla Cross LE AWD. However I had a technical question concerning the blind spot warning light drivers side and when I went to the dealer to inquire I felt like I was bothering the service person! I hope this will not be a common occurrence in the future for my service? May have been a bad day I guess but I have noted it! It does not always work but I hope it's just the cold or something....however I left uncomfortable!nSales wise....it was great! The rest remains to be seen.nnUPDATE....nI went to another Toyota dealer and they treated me much better. They had a look and since then it's been working consistently. They are not certain if the sensor is defective but if it occurs again they would change it. I was too nervous to go back to my original dealer and wanted to compare. I may do my service with them instead.

Worst service ever. The new sales person are awful.

Great place to buy car. Amazing service and people to work with. Sylvain Narbonne was amazing to deal with. Every single item we discussed was taken care of. They will do above and beyond to make customer happy. Will recommend to friends and family.
