My father is very attentive to even the littlest things; and so was he about the about good customer service. He liked this company the first time around. Horrible horrible customer service. Our truck has been for repairs for 5 weeks still there, they refuse to give us any information, didn’t provide the replacement to drive while they are fixing it. Absolutely disgusting experience. Sitting and waiting for them to be kind enough to provide us information when they will fix our new car that costed us close to $100k. Shame on you, Ford Blainville!
