Great lounge and playcare. Gym is well equipped. Faculty has towel service and saunas. Membership price is high but worth it. Only downside is only a few classes offered, mostly strength training focused or spinning and reservations must be Made as they full up fast typically

Breakdown the muscles....Build them up again....Breakdown Muscles ....Build them Up again....When does it stop.... Definite drain on energy. Whole lot of effort .... .Where does that energy go ? They definitely can answer some these questions.... Great Classes... And Range of Exercise Equipment... If you can afford, it is a good place....many amenities provided (towels, et cetera).

It's a pleasure to exercise at this gym. The staff are friendly and helpful. The equipment is in excellent condition and they have a lot of equipment. The gym is always clean. There is a massage chair and a sauna in the ladies change room. Both are a pleasure. There is a dining area which provides free tea or coffee. A variety of food is available for purchase. I'd recommend this gym to anyone who wants a great workout and who likes to feel pampered.
