The Beer Hunter Bar & Grill

Came here last Thursday for pint night. Ordered the popcorn shrimp. When I dipped my shrimp into the cocktail sauce, NO SAUCE came out with it.. it looked like jelly. ALSO they watered down the ketchup and when I opened the bottle, ketchup was all over the table. To top it off, when I brought up these problems to my waitress, instead of apologizing on behalf of the establishment, she instead decided to tell me all the reasons why I was wrong (yes, im sure cocktail sauce is supposed to be solid). I couldnt believe the waitress decided to give attitude to one of the three tables in the building, causing us to leave. I just wanted my concerns to be heard. I have been warned about how skeezy this place can be, but decided to try it out anyways. Do Not make the same mistake I did.. Go check out one of the other nearby pubs who are willing to go the extra mile to earn your patronage.

Great service last night from Shae. Drinks were cold, food was great (even 25% off snacks on Tuesdays). Best french fries anywhere. Clean, good atmosphere and lots of high quality TVs.

Good drinks, amazing wings. Everything is decently priced however this place is never really busy and typically empty and the atmosphere isn't great. Would recommend for a very large group because there will always be room, but not good for a wild night out with only a couple people.

Sunday breakfast was an awesome way to spend time with friends and catch up. Great food and wonderful service. Can't beat the prices.

This is quickly becoming a St Albert tradition for our occasional visits from Calgary! Tasty, reasonably priced pub food and great service. Don't miss the beer cheese sauce on their nachos (which are 7.99 on Friday for a generous "personal sized" portion!).
