Boston Pizza

Kellie is amazing. I have never been to this BPs before, and I happen to be there twice in about 2 weeks and I was lucky enough to be served by Kellie both times. She is a great server, and you can tell she is a very kind person. I was the only one watching football in the lounge crazy but she made sure that a TV that was good for me was on football. Her service is top notch. When she went for a well deserved break, Lexi took over and she was excellent as well. Both of these ladies deserve some recognition!

I usually come to this Boston Pizza, but my recent visit was disappointing. I ordered a large Royal Hawaiian, which should be 15 inches in diameter, but what I received was clearly closer to a 13-inch pizza—basically a medium. When you’re paying nearly $40 for a large pizza, you expect to get the proper size.nnWhen I questioned it, the manager came out and insisted it was the correct size, even though it obviously wasn’t. On top of that, there was a very large spider in the men’s washroom, which doesn’t exactly give a clean or comfortable impression.nnThe waiter was nice and did their job well, but overall the place feels like it’s in need of a reno and better quality control. Sadly, this visit only deserves 2 out of 5 stars from me.

This is our go-to BPs location for quick after school meals, and annual birthday dinners. Great service, friendly staff. Food quality is consistent from visit to visit.nThey just finished renovations to give the interior and exterior a face lift. Would love to see the coat hooks put back on by the booths. Winter jackets take up a lot of space at the table.

We walked in and were seated immediately. But after waiting for about 15 the server still hadn't come. We got a bit fed up and proceeded to walk out of the restaurant. The Owner Nash Asfour followed and asked us to please stay. We agreed, he seated us in the lounge and we were served immediately. Our drinks arrived very quickly, and so did our food. The food was nice and hot, cooked well and very tasty. As we where eating he came to us asked us how our meal was, told us he was happy we stayed. And then proceeded to tell us our entire bill would be covered by him. We definitely didn't expect that at all. We don't write reviews often. We were truly appreciated the effort to make it right. And we will definitely be coming back.

Ceiligh, is so amazing. She give us an amazing service and welcoming heart. We’re very satisfied with 100% customer satisfaction. Good job to her and the kitchen who handled our food. Very delicious
