Rushed to get here before closing at 6:00pm, got here at exactly 5:53pm the door was locked the guy was inside standing at the counter, start knocking and asking him to unlock the door I'm positive he could see me and definitely he could hear me knocking in the glass door but he completely ignored me. He walked around like I didn't exist, turned part of the store lights off, put his coat on and was sitting in the back room. At exactly 5:56pm I called the store and you could hear the loud ring of the phone, completely ignored me and the phone. Totally disrespectful to not acknowledge a customer and to be so rude to ignore any attempt to answer when there were 7 minutes before closing time !!!! Nothing against the company but I sure would like to talk with a manager I can describe this employee really well!

Called today to ask if I could get info on why BM Aura is so expensive.Customer is wanting the best paint I can get, but also wants SOME sort of specs. ….A person named Ken spoke with me and told me his Aura product was in FACT 10 X the scrubbing power, and a much better paint. I was delighted, as the customer WANTS proof. "where can I get those statistics or tests?" , was my response. Ken responded with this: "We can't show you those, there is proprietary info on the document". So you have no proof to back up your "facts" is all I said. After he HUNG UP on me, I called Benjamin Moore's HEAD OFFICE technical department, they will all but say this location is LYING TO CUSTOMERS about their paint. Very Very Poor Quality

I have never experienced poor customer service or poor information from the staff. We've been dealing with this location for years now. They've always been helpful with paint choices and supplies. We've work with all the lines of paint and stains available at this location and we've never been disappointed. Aura line is AMAZING! We've done both home renovation and office renovations with Benjarmin Moore paint! I've tried other top brands and I've never been fully satified with the coverage. Yes, it's expensive but for us, completely worth the cost. The finished results are incredible! Thanks to all the staff at Sherwood Park Strathcona Decorating Centre! Fantastic advise! Excellent service!
