Hi everyone here is my story. I live in a small town in northern BC. I have been looking for a tractor for my place , something in the 50 to 60 horse power.I wanted to buy new , so I checked with 6 different dealerships within 3 hours of where I live. I did not get any good help from anyone, I guess they don't care about the little guy. So this is when things changed I wanted a Massey Ferguson so goggled dealers in Alberta and BC. Wow I connected with a Salesperson in Sherwood park, His name is Todd ,What a great guy. I messaged him and he got back to me within the hour. And you guessed it I bought a new tractor off of him He has been super in all aspects of the sale and any questions I had. He has great connections with getting transport to where you live. Thanks a bunch Todd, Oh and I really like the tractor too!

Was a little wary about the place after reading the reviews but honestly i never had a problem with them. I was looking to buy a leaf blower, both the lady i talked to on the phone and the gentleman that helped me when i came into the store were very helpful and knowledgeable. They didn't try to up sell me and helped me select the one that best suited my needs. Even got a few tips and tricks. Overall very pleased with the service. I wouldn't have any problem recommending these guys. (For the record i never give 5 stars unless i get an insane discount or freebies that and it would just makes me looks easy.)

Went in to get a simple part for my cub cadet. Was treated with complete disrespect. I did not have the part number thought they could help me with that. The lovely lady at the counter got very snippity, and treated me like I was stupid. I will not go back.

Dropped off snow blower along with $54 for estimate of repairs. They called me back a week later to inform me that it would be an additional $320 to fix and that included 1.5hrs or labour time. I did not get it fixed. Picked up the snow blower, bought a $14 can of carburetor cleaner and watched a five minute youtube video. I had the snow blower up and running in 45 minutes.

Very Poor - sent to this business by Cub Cadet for warranty repair , this business and cub cadet determined my repairs were not warrantied and this business and cub cadet proceeded with repairs , i was called to pick up my machine with no indication or call stating a warranty claim was denied, upon trying to retrieve my machine i was forced to pay $113 for unauthorized repairs at my expense. Less than impressed with the 3 week timeline and no communication of claim particulars until a demand payment for completed repaors were done. a $400 Lowes purchased and pre assembled lawnmower with less than 10 cuts - Buyer beware on Cub Cadet and All seasons Equipment seems like they both like to make money collectively off customers without using reasonable judgement. Would Not buy from LOWES or CUB CADET in future - would never use All Season Equipment for any repairs as they charge as much or more than a real heavy duty mechanic shop per hour
