My experience with them started off strong but quickly diminished after the sale. Purchased what I thought was a quality dining set and fast forward to 1.5 years later the finish is flaking off - its not even stained! Researched and apparently this is a known defect but of course warranty is only 1 year so they won't fix it. Spoke to the owner and she said its not her problem as she didn't make the table. She did offer me a $100 gift card which I declined - I won't be deceived by them again. Next time I'll go to IKEA and at least get what I expect!

Before moving into our new home we visited several stores sault sainte marie to find modern and unique furniture for the my hall and i got what i wanted they have excellent collection and variety of funitures for the entire home so i only thing i have say visit the store once and you will like the mattresses, sofa and furniture they have. Excellent!!!
