When you walk into the front lobby and the room the first impressions are great. The place looks very nice and also very clean. I was really annoyed with the noise our room got from traffic on the local streets as it seemed to come right through the wall and window. To add to this issue, using the HVAC fan for white noise wasn't an option because the way they have the wall mount thermostat set up it seemed to have the continuous fan option blocked from use. This is also a problem for us as we like continuous air movement in the room to keep the room from getting stuffy during the night. For what we paid for the stay in this room it was a really big disappointment as we expected way better.

Front desk was also helpful and kind. Room was very clean and beds were very comfortable.

Very nice room and building, a step above the average one night road trip motel. Everything was clean and maintained, staff were friendly and efficient.  Easy parking. Room had microwave, big mini fridge, coffee, sitting area and table that wete actually useable. Only slightly higher $ that a cheap motel that I just attributed to holiday rush. We will be back.

Was told we could get an early check in and even confirmed it. Upon arrival not only was the front counter individual rude and not care but we were told we would not be able to get an early check in. Throwing off the entire time schedule for the day.

The first thing they told us when we checked in is that they don’t offer breakfast, despite the website stating that they do. Instead, we’re told they have “breakfast items” in their convenience store: oatmeal, fruit cups, tiny muffins, and a single jimmy dean breakfast. All well overpriced. All this could have been possibly overlooked if the location wasn’t so far out of town.nNow, the room was just about what was advertised, and I will say I was pleased by the quality of the towels. Very soft. However, there were stains on the couch, and the couch pullout mattress, the fridge rattled SO loud, one of the lamps was broken, the toilet always needed to be flushed at least 3 times, there was a single cloth shower curtain that the water would run no floor mats either, and the coffee pot was filthy on the inside with some kind of grey grime.nWould not book again.
