Holiday Inn Missoula Downtown

My girlfriends and I visited Missoula for a "Girls Weekend". We had no idea where we were going when we left and we just ended up in Missoula. Choosing to stay at the Holiday Inn Downtown was the BEST decision we made. The staff from Jeff at the front desk to the Bartenders in their lounge were INCREDIBLE. They were so helpful and kind and the Hotel is in the BEST LOCATION. Close to everything for walking.

CANNOT SAY ENOUGH NICE THINGS ABOUT MY BOY JEFF! Jeff was so prepared. He was very kind when he greeted us, and gave me several different recommendations for all the things I asked for! I was surprised by how welcoming and helpful he was, such a positive attitude and great customer service. Also Adam is such a homie.

Arrived at 7:50PM. Were 3 tables occupied out of 15 tables. 4 people at bar, or in other words empty. Waited until 8:00PM and finally gave up waiting for table service and went to bar to order a drink. Finished drink at 8:09.quickly in know (long day:) Needing another drink I waited for the table waitress for 10 more minutes but no sign of one. Waitress #1 stood by checkout kiosk looking at phone then went and picked up some empty dishes for older gals in white sitting on west side. Waitress #2 disappeared must of been on break. Although I was upset, the table of 6 next to me with no service for 15-20 minutes was very unhappy. Finally waitress #1 came helped table of six after 20 minutes to fill up water as I was standing at bar order another beer. This was at 8:20PM. Here we are. It is 8:36PM, waiting on another drink, waiting to order food(it is 46 min and counting) even put menu at end of table to make obvious, still no service. At 8:30 a large group showed up and went outside dining so I am sure this service well completely disappear at this point. Not once after 46 minutes have I even been approached by any staff of facility. This place is absolutely a dumpster fire on all levels. FYI the male checking in guests in the front was fantastic, a small bright light in other words dismal experience, also bartender seemed solid, but rest of staff was disaster.

Everyone here has made our stay great. Staff is very friendly and helpful, asking for our room to be serviced after the maids had made their rounds. Was not a problem and it was promptly cleaned, we really appreciate the awesome service! They even tucked my daughter's Dinosaur into bed after making it; which made her so happy. Never stayed here but I have friends that have and my company puts on events once a year in the ballroom. Great staff and location. Their restaurant has wonderful food and beverage selections. I recommend it if you need a place to stay. Prices are a bit high but for the quality, location and friendliness you get from there it's well worth it.
