Red Lion Inn & Suites Missoula

This was the absolute worst motel service I have ever experienced! I was charged 429.00$ to stay there for 8 hours to get some sleep on an extremely long trip across the country. My sleepless children and I were walked in on five separate times while trying to get rest. They refused us breakfast. The room was absolutely disgusting. We were charged an extra 40$ clean fee for 2 days, equalling 80$ for a room that wasn't clean! There was hair in the beds. My kids were covered in black marks and dirt from how dirty the floor was, I had to wash them multiple times just to leave the motel because we couldn't walk on the floor without shoes. We asked for a refund as we wouldn't be staying. We were told we would be refunded for atleast the second day stay and then they refused to give us our money back after leaving. Steer clear of this motel!!!

This hotel is still upgrading their rooms. The staff here are very helpful. The only three issues I had was that the handicap accessible bathroom I couldn't get the hand held shower head down and the beds were really high. Also the light switches were falling off in the bathroom. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The staff were happy and smiling. The front desk and one of the housekeepers helped me load and unload my chair. If I asked for something they were all johnny on the spot! Even the owner was laughing and having a good time! For the price it's worth the stay.

The woman at the front desk just started and was very nice. We arrived early and they let us check in which was very appreciated. The room was nice. I didn’t get much sleep bc fireworks were going off at a nearby event and then around 2am the police had to come due to a group altercation in the parking lot but that wasn’t the hotels fault. It’s not in the best area, obviously, but the service was good and the room was fine. Very thankful for the early check in and we didn’t feel rushed to leave which is why I gave the hotel four stars.

Service great, location great, but the roomn...not so much. Yes it's big, and it was beautifully furnished, but it smelled like rotten azz, we found dirty socks and candy wrappers under the beds, and the pillows smelled like body odor. Hire better maids!

If I could give minus stars I would. The place is dirty, I didn't want to touch anything. Door handles, tops of refrigerator and a/c all had dirt on them. Walls are dirty, chair fabric is torn. They took things down from walls and left brackets hanging, sink didn't empty, I could go on and on. I was supposed to stay 6 night, I left after one. The outside is bad too, place looks like it's falling apart.
