Americas Best Value Inn

Very helpful and friendly staff. Nice rooms for the low price. GREAT location close to the Hip Strip. I planned to only stay a couple of days here, but ended up staying a week because the staff were so great. I asked how much more a room with a fridge and microwave would be, and they brought both to my room for free. Being polite DOES pay off sometimes. (Note: not all of the rooms come with a microwave or fridge, and their availability depends on how fully booked it is.)

I didn't have any reservations when I showed up. The staff checked various rooms to make sure they were ready for someone to use. They explained the property had just recently been purchased and the owner was in the process of upgrading the entire facility. The staff was very friendly and courteous, but the facilities do need work. The hotel was right downtown and within walking distance of a few different restaurants and pubs.

Booked hotel with Expedia and ran into issues when checking in They first charged me when I arrived and later only refunded after providing proof after showing a credit card statement and the original booking. The room felt dirty inside the dimly lit room. Parking spaces are small. The only upside to the place is the price

The place could use a major remodel, both the hall and in the room. The ceiling is a bit rough, the lights were a bit dim, and the drywall tape can be seen through the paint. It might be a bit rough, but the bed was comfortable, the room was clean, TV and AC worked, and the facilities worked great. The staff was friendly and efficient. The place was close to the interstate, restaurants, and bars. If you're going to a show at the ampatheter, the Top Hat is close by and provides a shuttle service. In the end, the room is cheep and it looks like it, but the room was clean, comfortable, and in a great location.

I would like to start off saying that it has a great location and it was clean. That's about where it stops. I've never stayed at a motel that costs so much and turned out being so ghetto. That's the best words to describe this place. The toilet seat looked like it was 40 years old along with the cheap patio chairs. The beds sat on a plywood box and weren't very comfortable. The only reason I gave it 2 stars instead of 1 is because even with how crappy everything was it was still clean. Also, if it was half the price I wouldn't complain as much.
