Steele Chevrolet Buick GMC Cadillac

I can't say enough great things about our experience with Steele Chev. Our car was written off after an accident so we were on the hunt for a new-to-us vehicle. We are part of the Steele family, and we spotted a used car we thought we might like in the parking lot of Steele Chev so we decided to go in and talk to someone about it. Lisa on the main desk was awesome, so nice, and she directed us to Steve Murphy to help us out. Steve was fantastic! Steve wasn't pushy at all, very friendly and personable, and treated us as if we were there buying a brand new expensive car and not just as employees getting an employee deal on a used vehicle. We finalized everything with Cindy, who was also very nice. Getting in an accident and writing off the car was not something anyone wants to go through, but Steve made the process of finding a new-to-us car painless and fun. And we absolutely love our car! Thank you Steve and everyone else involved in our experience at Steele Chev... we know who we'll be telling people to go see if they're in the market for a new vehicle! **Edit: Almost forgot to mention that Steve called us a couple days later to follow up and see how we were enjoying the car! Amazing customer service!

Great experience with this dealership. Mike Hart was my salesman and he was excellent. Being from Cape Breton and buying a truck in Dartmouth, he made it super easy and sent me pics and videos of trucked based on what I wanted. Drove down for a day trip and was out of the dealership in no time and back on the road in the truck I wanted and the payments I was comfortable with. Kudos to Taylor in finance as well! She explained everything so easily and had the paperwork ready to go! Both Mike and Taylor made my experience great ! Recommend this dealership and Mike as a salesman! They will maka sure you get what you want and Taylor will , make sure your fully taken care of. Great experience!

Amazing dealership!!!!!!! Can not get over how helpful they where here when buying our new suv Taylor in financing was so patient with me calling her a lot and Brandon did an amazing job as our salesman. Gave us a good deal on our trade in and got us an even better deal on our new traverse. Highly highly recommend them even if you are doing most of the deal over the phone like we did. Defiantly worth the drive from the valley

We just recently purchased our 4th vehicle in a year from Tristan (Silverado, 2 cargo vans and now a Malibu). We absolutely recommend him as he is great to work with.
