I bought an 2022 F150 Raptor from McPhee Ford. Salesman Dan guided me so well, and thanks to Dan, I got a very, very, very perfect vehicle. Before that, I rode a 2022 F350 Platinum 6.7 Diesel, but the Raptor is a completely different vehicle compared to that car. so comfortable Great sound and suspension makes me even happier. I want to ride the Raptor early every morning to work harder will go The salesman who helped me wait for my Raptor for months Thanks again to Dan and JR for helping with finance. I compared it to the F150 Lightning until the end, but the Raptor is a must-ride car with incomparable feeling. F150 Lightning of course It is undoubtedly a very nice car, but I am completely satisfied with my choice of Raptor. If you ever plan to buy a Raptor I would definitely recommend Salesman Dan.
Had my car in for oil change and winter tire install. Service in drive through very friendly and efficient. Rebecca at service counter took great care setting up the appointment and even arranged for a car porter to bring my car around when complete. Very pleased with all aspects of the entire service visit!

Purchased a new vehicle and buying experience was easy and smooth. Salesperson was very knowledgeable with regards to the vehicle. From salesperson to business manager, everything was great, no issues at all. Would definitely recommend.
Dropped in here today with the service engine light on and Jonathan, service advisor, took me in immediately. He had Eric, shop foreman, come and hooked up the computer to diagnose the problem. I didn't have an appointment but was seen to at once. The problem was a tiny, weeping leak of coolant in the engine block heater that has to be replaced, under warranty. Coolant was filled back up, check engine light reset, and I was on my way. Later, Jonathan called me and said he should have the parts by Friday and then he will call me back with an appointment to replace them. Quite frankly, I was blown away by the level of service that I encountered. I have never been treated so well at any other place. Those employees go above and beyond for their customers. I'm still in awe by their level of service and care that I experienced by the staff of MacPhee. This was my very first purchase from them but it will not be my last. Thanks for your very fine service guys!

I had an appointment for 7:30 am to have my winter tires put on. With the understanding that I needed the truck back at 12:00noon. At 12:20 I called the service and was told the last tire was Being put on … so I requested a shuttle be sent to my address … waited for 20 min. Called the shuttle driver who couldn’t find my address.. gave him instructions on how to get to me… waited another 20 min… saw him about to go around my block and waved him down … I asked him if he had a gps and he said he couldn’t be bothered to plug it in … totally unacceptable… cost me a lot of wasted time … got to the dealership and paid…was asked if I wanted my truck brought around and I said yes.. waited another 15 min. And asked the lady where my truck was.. she couldn’t find the guy to bring my truck so I grabbed the key fob and found it myself… I had no customer service on this appointment. Very disappointing cause this was not the first or the second time something like this has happened.
I have just recently returned to Dart. from Ont. and of course needed an MVI done along with a routine service. It was originally booked for 26 Sept 22 but Fiona put a stop to that. I was contacted by the staff and they arranged for me to get the work done on the 28th. The staff were all extremely pleasant to deal with and my vehicle was completed in a very short time. I will definitely be a customer of MacPhee in the years to come
