AVOID A BALD GUY here if you don't want a terrible car buying experience. He is definitely super pushy and if you don't buy any vehicle from him in 3 days, he will call you an as*h*** and put your number in his call filter list. I can't really believe he was, reportedly, a salesperson of the month.

Haven't tried the other salesperson there, and ended up in buying a Japanese car that I haven't expected before. Nissan on Kempt is a top notch in the way they deal with customers, and of course they are not going to force you to buy a vehicle that doesn't exactly fit your needs.

Just a heads up, he's an EX-HUSBAND OF A KOREAN. And I see plenty of positive but suspicious reviews on this half baldy, but don't fool yourself. Every positive reviews were posted exactly one year ago, and those reviewers don't have any other reviews, and oddly enough, all the positive reviews are addressing him by his full name. The dealership owner should do something with this guy who's only good at palpable lies, CARE West.

I would highly recommend buying a vehicle from O'Regan Chevrolet . The selection specialist , warren hood , was very genuine and made me feel very comfortable and confident in the family vehicle I was buying. I feel that the sales manager , Tom Roche, did everything he could to get me the best deal on my vehicle.  I was very pleased with how our negotiations went. Adam dealt with my financing and was very informative and friendly.  best car buying experience I have ever had!  Thank you O'Regan Chevrolet!

Service Issue. Not happy with the run around I've been getting about my vehicle and the prices I've paid for stuff seemingly because I'm a female and 'don't know any better'. Quoted me over $1000 to get my rotors replaced when I was in there about 2 weeks ago and was told that my brake pads needed to be replaced and rotors were fine for a while. They did a pressure test on my systems everything in the clear, only to find out now that my hoses are leaking and will cost $230 to replace. Mentioned the same issue to other service places and they've said they're adding labor that shouldn't be added or needed for those services. Will not be taking my vehicle back unless now I need new brake pads AGAIN because I was told my rotors were fine, but in the meantime my new brake pads are getting ruined because of the rotor issue that I was told is fine.

Recently purchased a new vehicle here. My experience with this dealership has been so far so good. Remains to be seen if their customer service and appreciation is any better than the rest.

They failed to check my warranty and told me the repair would cost a couple of hundred bucks. It was covered, but I wasted 90 bucks figuring it out at the very helpful Midas on Robie. O'Regans reached out to me to apologize and to note they'd share my experience with staff to help avoid future issues. I'm still out 90 bucks though. My experiences with O'Regans were otherwise great.
