EDIT: after being with Tim Crabtree for 2 years, I have to update this review and say that NONE of the things I previously wrote carried through. They constantly did NOT provide me with the proper identification cards, despite receiving payment. They never followed through on any promises made in conversations. Monica was often rude and short and couldn’t be bothered to do the bare minimum, like provide proper identification cards or processing payments as agreed upon. Hands down this experience went from fantastic to terrible and I genuinely can’t believe how quickly they failed me. It is worth noting that I never worked with jordan again, so I do believe he was really great at his part of the job. 

Jordan was awesome from start to finish. Knowledgeable, respectful and dedicated to making sure he knew exactly how to handle my policy. I've never written a google review before, but immediately wanted to make sure that others were aware of the above and beyond service I received through this office.

I had Monica Flory help me out 6 months prior to me buying my car. She is friendly, funny, and engaging. When I finally met her in person  she exceeded all of my expectations.

Here's a math question for you and a start worth $100, Tim give you $500 rate hike, what do you get? A middle finger! Tim gets 5 stars at a rate of $100 per star. Good job Tim, I can't give you more stars. You want to know why?

I'm not a fan of dealing with banks, credit card, or insurance companies.  Never in my life did I think that I would find an insurance company that I actually enjoy calling from time to time with various questions about my service.  The service from this team is nothing short of exceptional.   Pam has been my go-to person and has been amazing in every aspect.  I cannot recommend this team more.

Our family have been customers of Tim Crabtree since 1990 and we could not be more pleased with our relationship with Tim and his entire office! Over the past 25 years, they have helped us protect what we have grown together and are so happy to have a partnership with such a caring, responsive team. From auto to home to life to an umbrella policy, the team has helped us protect what we've grown and those we love.

When the unthinkable DID happen, we were able to process our claims quickly and get our home and autos back into working order. 

We appreciate the periodic check-in's and chatting with Monica - just in case we need her, have questions or wanting to review our policies. The customer service is outstanding! And, being customer service experts ourselves, we expect a lot - and they deliver.

If you want a company who is in it for the long haul - the relationship - you won't be disappointed with the Tim Crabtree Team!
