Had to file a claim after my truck was broken into. No communication from the adjuster for a few days. I finally called and asked what is going on. Devin said he saw the case but did not know if it was his. So he couldn't call to find out?? Took about 2 weeks to get it resolved. There is no email customer service, only phone, which I don't use because I want a paper trail. I am forced to call. I refuse to. I told them I was going to terminate my service since the support methods are very limited and I had several problems getting my insurance claim done. They didn't reply because they don't care. I will never, ever use Nationwide again. Going with them was a HUGE mistake.
