Carol Flores was recommended to me for renters insurance.  I sent an email and within the hour, Carol called me and took care of me over the phone!  It took less than 10 minutes - Carol turned what I thought would be an intimidating experience into a very pleasant and simple one.  I am so grateful!

I have auto and condo insurance with Carol Flores State Farm. Carol is patient and knowledgeable. My premiums is lower with the switch from another company  and Carol recommends coverage that is suitable for me keeping the balance between sufficient coverage and premium costs. The other staffs in the office are friendly,knowledgeable and helpful.  If you can't reach Carol; there is always someone who can help you during office hours. I have not have to leave messages and have to wait for someone to call me back. Emails are answered promptly as well. If you have any concerns ; it will be taken care of. I want to thank Drew who is always quick in helping me with the concerns I have. Carol and her team work hard to make sure I am covered.

Just returned from another annual check up with Carol! She is amazing and has serviced all our insurance needs for many years. Every time we leave we end up saving money and learning ways to improve our coverage. I highly recommend her! The longer you stay with State Farm the better the discounts.

Nothing but positive experiences working with Carol Flores and her Agents. I have Auto, Home, and Life insurance. Carol has always done a great job explaining the services provided and helping us figure out the right coverage for our needs. And her staff has been extremely helpful with any questions or issues that have come up since - helping to save me time, money, and hassle.
