All I wanted was a quote. I got one and didn’t like it, our insurance was still cheaper. They have called my house twice a day for the last week. They sent me one to two emails a day and I got a letter in the mail. We have told them we weren’t interested and they still hound us. I do not recommend you give them your info. Their rates are average if not $10 to $40 dollars higher than other services but they refuse to stop contact.

I left a claim to Geico online. Then I got a call, that agent will come and inspect my car etc etc. Nothing happened, nobody came. Nobody responded to further messages.
It is illegal to refuse a claim response with no reason!!
I do not recommend this company to anyone. My case shows: you pay for insurance, but in fact you do not have insurance!

I'm not sure how insurance companies get their quotes, but a previous person said they went with Farmers and got cheaper rates.  I just LEFT Farmers and switched to Geico and I saved over $125.00 per month and I'm enjoying my savings.  I gave it four stars because I'm still unsure about their service because I haven't yet had to make a claim.

Please, please, please don't use Geico. They are the worst company to work with. They are expensive, rude, very slow in dealing with claims and really bad. There are better companies out there. Do not rely on their marketing.

Worst expreience ever with a car insurance I have ever had. They try to make everything seem your fault and even when it is clearly other person is at fault. Also, it's been a month and they still have not completed our claim. I would not recommend GEICO Insurance to anyone!
