Trinity was great. We gave her a tricky itinerary and she handled it very professionally. She listened to our needs and goals, and understood exactly what we were looking for. She navigated a very tricky process for us even experienced travelers.

Michelle Thurston provided excellent and immediate service to us when we had to change our flight reservations and our reservation for a car. She persisted in finding the best arrangements given that reservations were somewhat scarce when we had to make changes. Thank you again for your timely assistance. Pat and John Davis

1 hour wait can sometimes turn into 1.5 or 2 hours or more. It happened to me twice. This is not very reliable sercice, especially when you are in hurry. It cost more when you cannot go to your work because ypu have to wait until the truck arrives to get your vebicle. I will not renew my membership this time.

Jude Carlson is an amazing travel agent @ the Bellevue AAA store. She has arranged a cruise, trip to Israel, and most recently a trip to France. Jude is a great problem solver and suggests travel options that I didn't even know existed (for instance flying out of Vancouver, Canada for a cheaper flight). She has amazing attention to detail and all our trips have gone smoothly!!!
