We discovered the Starsky in Mississauga area and decided to come to this location too:n- much smaller than the Mississauga place yet still with a huge variety of itemsn- spoiled in their deli meat and cheese section although they never have Old Amsterdam, my fave cheese for examplen- lots of fresh cakes and lots of pre packed sweets brought over from Europe many USA supermarkets have European sections packed with stuff like this, yet hard to find in Canadan- typical Polish donuts or savoury stuff one finds all over Europe from the central or Eastern European markets, including jams from Greece etcn- good section with fresh fruit and veggies with green peppers to make sarma the way is common in the Med, or get the vine leaves in brine for thisnNo wonder we keep coming back here more often than we go to Nations big lovers of SE Asian food too. Plus they have a membership discount scheme and a discount running regularly even to the non members. Staff can be anything from helpful with good English to those with complete lack of basic English.

I love this place. Although we don’t do all of our shopping here, we do come for ‘appetizer night’ dinners. We usually get cured meats, cheeses and smoked fish along with bread and items from the olive/fish bar. We also like to pick up perogies from the frozen part.

Awesome variety of cakes, cheeses and meat delicacy! TOTALLY RECOMMENDED!!!

Best place for Ukrainians to feel like you at home. All looks very similar. Very kindly stuff. And all products the same as at home. Best prices for all type of food you like and looking for in Canada. Definitely recommended. Also big respect to owner that provides a jobs for newcomers from Ukraine.
