Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen Queenston

While the food was prepared in the Popeye's tradition the service was ... atrocious. One wicket open at suppertime, long line and halting answers to the simplest questions. One star for cleanliness plus one for recognizable taste. Parking at this location is also quite limited, but that has no effect on my rating.

This location goes above and beyond in every way. The employees are always welcoming and the restaurant is clean. Food wise the chicken is always fresh.

This food is absolutely the best food I have ever encountered in my whole 17 years of life. The quality of this food is comparable to 5 star fine dining for a fraction of the price! The employees are very friendly and I feel like I’m at home when I am at Popeyes. Popeyes is my second home!

It's easy to get addicted to Popeyes food: it's delicious. And it's easy to hate on Popeyes service and wait times: they're atrocious. But never, never before have I seen a clerk WALK AWAY in the middle of taking an order and then come back to the person like nothing happened, making the customer restart their order, for no reason except to speak another language to someone else, in what appeared to be a desperate attempt to have them take the orders for them. No, I've never seen that, not until tonight. The ability to listen to an order without asking the same question over and over, and the overall language barrier are difficult at this location, only go if you have a lot of time and a lot patience for the THREE people working during a dinner rush.

Really like the place, regularly visit. Occasionally I actually sit and eat but I've never had an issue with seating as there is always tables available. Otherwise I typically order over the phone which is always flawless, I never get incorrect orders. If they don't understand something they always ask twice. The place is kept clean regularly, the staff are always nice. They've hired some new guys and they're nice, patient and helpful. I love the place, its always convenient every now and then to get dinner from that tastes great, they always give reasonable/large portions, and is worth the money.
