McDonald's

This place is kind of just like all the others but each has their own unique style if you know what I mean? Easy access and clean for the most part. Seems good to entertain small groups. Cozy with enough seats but can be busy at times. Now we get to the staff. Staff is great and friendly.

Hands down worse McDonald's in Hamilton .. I can't even count how many times these absolutely disrespectful brain dead employees have screwed up my order. I have gone 1 out of 10 on simple orders correct. Order a big Mac with bacon and no onions or pickles. Receive a big Mac with extra onion and pickle with no bacon or lettuce. And yes the screen was correct so it wasn't a mix up ordering. These employees are very disrespectful to their management. I would continue the automated system from front of house to back. They fight for a wage but not for the qaulity of their work. Absolutely avoid at all cost

Unfortunately, the children's play place was taken down from construction. As a kid, I really enjoyed playing on it. On the bright side, the place is now much more cleaner and has more space and dining area. Overall, it's still pretty good minus the removal of the play place.

This a great place to bring the kids if you want to drop in for a nice meal, relax and enjoy yourself. You won't regret coming here. This place is great. Friendly staff and fast service.

Awful! I went in for a coffee this morning and asked for a cup of water and was refused. I thought maybe it was because people were stealing pop, so I asked again but this time for tap water from her. She refused again and snapped saying that they stopped giving out water because management was getting water thrown at them....hmmmm Lady if your management than I get it...jk. But really everyone else pays for some immature incident? Coffee dehydrates, it's a reasonable request and this is the first time I'd been denied. Who's to say that I wouldn't buy the water and or even worse use my coffee that I'm still able to access! This is ridiculous. #thirsty
