Boston Pizza

I was here today which is Monday. On one side of the building they have a big sign saying all you can eat wings mondays. As you enter the building there is a sign on the glass saying Mondays all you can eat wings. So I came in for the all you can eat wings just to be told that they are no longer doing it! They should have the signage down before discounting something. The server was friendly about it and apologized. But regardless it is false signage. On the other hand the nachos I ended up ordering instead were delicious and looked great.

I am not impressed. My burger was extremely salty. They brought me another and it was just as bad. The waitress didn't ask me if the second burger was ok. The fries were not good either. I was really bitter about how much it cost considering the fact that I barely ate. You shouldn't leave a restaurant hungry and out 30 dollars.

I had booked a holiday party for my staff over a week ago. I was very specific as to how many people would be attending and that we would like to eat in the dining area - not the lounge as there would be minors attending. I called to confirm the details the day of our holiday party, and everything was good to go. About an hour before we were supposed to arrive for our reservation, I received a call from the manager that we would be sitting at the bar area because we were never supposed to be in the dining area to begin with. I had explained the situation moreover how I had specifically asked for the dining area, and the two times I called, it was confirmed. I got nothing but “well, sorry”. This location has apparently always had these kinds of issues, but I did not think it was THIS unprofessional, rude, and severely lacking customer service. If the 1 star minimum was not required and I could rate no stars, I would have done that - giving them a star for at least calling somewhat in advance to let me know, rather than us showing up and being surprised.

I've been visiting this restaurant for sometime, I must say the service and the food here is fabulous comparing to a lot of other Boston Pizzas in Hamilton. The food is always hot and fresh and from the servers to the managers everyone is polite and efficiency is on point. Hands down I'll be returning with my family for lunches and dinners.
