Starbucks

I just have to say that the ladies at this Starbucks are the greatest people ever. Val, Teresa, Ramona, Mallory, Stacy, (sorry if I missed anyone) you all provide such wonderful service and just completely light up my morning, even more so than the coffee

I never write reviews but I come to this Starbucks quite frequently the staff have always been sweet.. except for one of the older ladies working here. Her obvious bad attitude all of the times I’ve come in. She can’t seem to put a smile on her face. I feel uncomfortable asking for anything because I’ve receivied cranky/ rude responses. Starbucks has always been known for having friendly staff so this is quite shocking to me. I will now go out of my way to find a different Starbucks so I don’t have to deal with this sour 50 year old employee.

Awesome Starbucks, Most Of them knows my Ice Coffee order. Cole, Jamie, Cass and other barista are always helpful.

Ordered an uncomplicated drink - Pumpkin Spice. Drink wasn't even luke warm!!! Barista seemed not to care. This wasn't during a busy time (2 - 2:15 pm on a Saturday). I find the staff in this location engaged in convseration amongst each other more than paying attention to customers.

Definitely not my favorite Starbucks. This Starbucks is always filthy. Garbage and food all over the floors and furniture. The staff are nice enough when you can get their attention otherwise they seem more preoccupied in socializing amongst themselves. This is not just from this visit, this assessment is from many visits including this one over the past few months. The drinks are fine, just like any other Starbucks. However the management really need to show some sort of effort here. Otherwise it's just going to keep going downhill fast.
