I had a very early morning work shift which is not normal for me. I went to this Starbucks and Sage and Ashleigh absolutely made my morning they were so kind and made us smile. Thank you!

I came in today to redeem my boyfriend’s birthday reward through the Starbucks app, but since he recently switched phones, the offer wasn’t showing up. I explained that this is a long-time active account and likely a technical issue, not a new signup.nnThe barista told me the app needs to be used for two weeks for the reward to activate and also implied that I may have created a new account just to receive a free drink, which was uncomfortable and unfair. I ended up paying for the drink anyway.nnI understand policies are in place, but I would have appreciated a more respectful approach rather than assumptions. Please go over this with your employees. This happened on Feb 14th, 2026 at around 7:20pm

Fast service and good coffee. Sofia took my order and was very attentive and talkative. She made the atmosphere feel very welcoming. Just don’t that kind of good service these days. 10/10

Order ahead was not available at this store that we went and one person cut in line ahead of us even though we came in first. Space is not very big and you will need to put your own lid on the drinks. Love the board with the recommendations from the current staff members which was a nice personal touch. The lid and straw area was a bit messy with garbage from the customers that wasn’t cleaned up in a timely manner. Lots of parking as it’s located within a plaza. Relatively fast for drink making.
