Starbucks

Order ahead was not available at this store that we went and one person cut in line ahead of us even though we came in first. Space is not very big and you will need to put your own lid on the drinks. Love the board with the recommendations from the current staff members which was a nice personal touch. The lid and straw area was a bit messy with garbage from the customers that wasn’t cleaned up in a timely manner. Lots of parking as it’s located within a plaza. Relatively fast for drink making.

I had an incredibly disappointing experience at Starbucks today. I placed a mobile order, expecting my drink to be ready by the time I arrived. When I got there, I noticed about six employees behind the counter, doing nothing but gossiping and talking. Only one employee was actually making drinks.nAfter finishing my Frappuccino, this employee handed it to one of the others, who was leaning on the counter doing nothing. Instead of giving me my drink, she simply looked at it and set it down next to her. My drink sat there for a good five minutes, being passed around and moved behind the counter, despite the fact that I was the only customer in the store waiting for an order.nAnother five minutes passed before someone finally picked up the Frappuccino, called my name, and handed it to me. During this entire time, I was standing there watching them with my drink in plain sight. One employee even gave me my croissant, clearly knowing I was there, yet still didn’t hand me my drink until much later.nBy the time I finally received my Frappuccino, I was understandably frustrated and expressed my dissatisfaction to the employee. This level of customer service is unacceptable, and it was disappointing to see so many employees standing around doing nothing.

Very nice she pleasant place to sit down and rest with a coffeee and lab top or book.. staff is nice and helpful too.

Alex has been incredibly kind, nice, and even caring! After visiting this location a few times she started remembering my name and getting my order ready, which demonstrates going above & beyond to make my experience better! #GiveHerARaise

Because lots of Indian employees in Tim Horton’s , foods became Unhygienic and terrible,I drive more and find this Starbucks,no Indian employee inside.everything looks good and let me feel safety. I ordered a cup of coffee, tasted good as before. This is not discrimination, it's just too many my bad experiences and see others shared their same bad experiences on social media recently .Just for our health.
