I just witnessed an employee go in the women’s washroom with a piece of paper towel and proceed to clean in this order: toilet, base of toilet, sink, 2nd toilet and counter. All with the same paper towel and no cleaner.

Got what I wanted, service was fast and prompt. Place is clean and even has places to charge your devices. One of the better Tim Hortons.

Chubby pink haired women employee needs a reality check. Very rude to customers for no reason at all. Bagels are served cold with barely any cream cheese on them. Service is very slow even when it's dead.
