McDonald's

Management here sucks. Like I’m a manager and it’s sad to see their management team from a “higher” fast food chain act like complete children. “Pfft nice lie” a manager said to her staff member who said “oh sorry we are short staffed tonight” after I have been waiting for my food for 10+ minutes at the window.

Absolutely horrible service from the top down (even spoke to the owner, or someone claiming to be the owner, once but even she was argumentative) This store consistently messes up the orders which usually, for my girlfriend and I, are simply coffees. On occasion I would order a burger with no onions. ..only to discover that even omitting a simple step proves too difficult a task. One would think that this would make things easier(?). They care only to get your money and nothing about proper customer service. Adding those digital order screens seems to have made the situation worse. Mcdonalds=maximum profit for least out put...particularly this location. Avoid this store if: A) you are in a hurry, B) want your order prepared correctly and, C) want to avoid frustration. Let's support mom and pop stores again.

Went in Wednesday the order was so screwed up that I called in and complained. We were not given a receipt. The person who answered the phone took my name and told me to come in for 2 free replacement meals. She did not write it down in the book. Went in today and was accused of trying to scam them for free meals.. I was humiliated and so pissed off.. Always ask for a receipt and don't leave the drive through without checking your order.. Thank you Vanessa for your horrible service

Tried seriously Chicken and fish fillet and poutine.the food was good, poutine had cold gravy so cheese didn't melt. It was busy time there, but that's not execuse for dirty floor, full garbage bins and long waits.15 mins. The service ,agent, at cash register was whistling instead of welcoming customers!. The place though has good atmosphere overall

I come here on my way to work around 5:20 every morning. In the past week, they have screwed up my coffee twice. The drive thru line had been taking 8+ mins even with only one car in front of me every day. My order isn't difficult- a coffee with three milks. I can't have cream for health reasons, and today the manager made my coffee with three creams, so I had to throw it out when I got to work. It's 1$ coffee week, and she tried to charge me 2$ for a large coffee, and this was after waiting for 5+ mins at the till for someone to help me, since there was only one poor girl trying to do the drive thru and the till- I specifically went into the lobby today so I could expedite getting a coffee and to make sure they didn't mess it up. Last week it was made as a double double (or something with both cream and sugar). Again, for health reasons I can't have cream, and I absolutely never put sugar in my coffee. Total let down, not that I have high expectations for McDonald's, but they can't even get a coffee right.
