My absolute favorite coffee. The associates are also super friendly and always get my order correct!

I ended up using the app to order to save time, but when I got there decided to try the new barbecue chicken protein box - and let me tell you this is probably one of my new favorite things! The drinks I got were made to order and the staff was very friendly despite the high speed of the morning and the line in store and in the drive thru. Everyone was taken care of in an efficient and timely way. Love it!

Batista were not friendly. Asked Blonde roast and they had to do a pour over ( make one cup). Heard them complain entire time about "people like this". It was weird, I'm uber friendly when I deal with people who are making my food because I've been in their shoes.

I reluctantly give it a 5-Star. The parking is not the best. And, if you leave through the drive thru and go straight you can't get into Wolf road. However, this is Albany. Going to Starbucks is a welcome treat. Food is excellent and drinks are great. You can't get them at the other places.
