Starbucks

Fantastic, clean store. One of the best I’ve been too! One Barista went out of his way for me, Think his name was Anthony. Tall, lanky handsome young man. Tipped the jar with almost the same as my drink.

I go out of my way to go to this Starbucks. Employees are awesome, there's always room to sit - even if you're just going through the drive through, the line always moves smoothly and the employees are always willing to chat and are more than happy to help. They make the best coffees out any Starbucks I've visited in the area. Good stuff.

Customer service sucks here. Staff is cold and unfriendly. They used to have really nice ppl working here and they've all seemed to have left. I don't know if it's because they are training new staff, they all seem confused and hassled. And every single time I order at the register it's like, "Here, take your coffee and go." Which is a shame because it's a nice big open space that you could sit and work/study and enjoy your coffee.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Literally the worst Starbucks I've ever been to. I come through the drive thru a couple times a week and although my order is correct, HORRIBLE customer service. It doesn't matter who is in the window, they are all awful. There is absolutely no sense of urgency while there is a freaking line around the store and they are just so rude, handed me my coffee and just slammed the window shut. You're better off going into Stuyvesant Plaza to the Starbucks there or even drive down to the best Starbucks around, New Scotland Ave, across from Albany Medical Center.

Quiet. Clean. Not busy. Staff is very friendly. Plenty of parking.
