Starbucks

I purchased 4 gift cards at this shop, last Tuesday. None of them were registered, as it turned out. A woman who said she was the supervisor said to just call the 800 # and it could be taken care of over the phone. I did, and it couldn't be. So now it looks like I get to trek 10 miles back to the store to get them registered, and I'm not pleased. My lesson: read receipts before leaving store!

Only enjoyable 2% of the time. Most of the time all the tables are taken by students who spend the whole day working on their computer and nursing a single cup of coffee. Staff usually acts like they don't want to be there either.

Nice Starbucks. Lots of room, clientele is largely college students or others studying/conducting business, so it's usually very chill, even when busy. Staff is usually very courteous and helpful. Convenient place to stop from the highway as well.

The customers are inappropriate and rude to staff. They create a hostile working experience and don't do the brand any justice by making deragatory remarks. If this summarizes you, you should just take yourself to DD or MCD where that kind of stuff is expected. Starbucks employs and has employed many of of great thinkers and authors. How about a little respect?

The staff are always very friendly and make my drink perfectly. However, they seem to be understaffed during the morning rush hour and that causes it to be a tad slow.
