Starbucks

This is the closest Starbucks to my house, but I will drive out of my way to go to a different one. A mobile order took 20 minutes. They were not busy when I arrived, but had a few customers show up the same time I did. And I waited and waited. The drinks never seem to taste good either. Target Starbucks does a much better job.

This is ridiculous, it says that you guys close at 11:00pm and I pulled up at 10:21pm and guess what???... They didn't answer to the drive thru and the door was locked. I was completely in shock, about to cry a river. I was disappointed and horrified, I couldn't believe they did that. All I wanted was a vanilla bean frappe. Never go this Starbucks, ever, they will lie to you and try to take your money... They are greedy afffff and liars. Disappointed, very very disappointed in this place!!! This problem better be fixed asap.

Normally, the atmosphere in this Starbucks is pleasant and welcoming however, not today. Two staff members seemed to be holding a private conversation via their headsets while another employee was helping me at the counter. If I didn't know better, I'd think they were commenting about me. It definitely made me feel uncomfortable. So 1 star this time. I understand this is EXTREMELY subjective, just how I felt. Also, they charged me for my free refill...so...
