Star Fashion Cleaners

By far the worst customer service experience I've ever had with the owners. I took my new riding show jacket there in the spring to be lengthened. I should have taken the hint when a customer called about a missing jacket that was cleaned by the store. Due to an understandable human error I got my jacket back shortened not lengthened without the possibility to change it back. I wasn't upset at the time because I understand that mistakes happen and was reassured by the amazing staff that something could be done. The owner played telephone tag with me and finally just ignored me, insisting that nothing could be done! Now, I have a 600$ jacket that doesn't fit me that came back with pulls in the sleeves and arms that can't be lengthened. My whole experience at Star Fashion Cleaners cost me around 1100$ for a new jacket I can't wear and the replacement I had to buy. Stay away if you're looking for accountability.

I've been going to this particular Star Fashion Cleaners location for more than 10 years. My service has always been prompt and my clothes have always been properly cleaned, and have never been damaged. I'll also note that the (now former) branch manager Louise is legitimately one of the nicest and most diligent customer service people that I've ever encountered - and I'm on the wrong side of 40 with a low BS tolerance threshold ;-) As of early 2018, the current staff appear to be friendly and courteous, and my clothes are still being promptly and properly cleaned.

I’ve been going here for years and been totally satisfied. Typically pleasant service, and have never failed to be on time or lost an item, or required rework.

The only good thing about the place is the manager Louise. Shameful work ethic and terrible customer service. I will never go back.

We have been customers here for years and are very happy with their service and the quality of cleaning. Very friendly folks who remember a lot of our names and go the extra mile to be of help.
