Browns Cleaners

Just received the most rude service from this establishment. Brought an item in for repair and was encouraged to pay in advance to ensure it would be 'rushed' & ready to pick up on time. Sure enough when I came for pick up the item was not ready and the staff said 'come back later or I will leave your item outside I am closed tomorrow'. Staff could not even begrudging say thank you in return after I waited in my car an extra 1/2 hour for the item to be ready. Very disappointing.

I was in a pinch and missed the same day service after my friend didn't clean my sute jacket before returning it. the staff here were kind enough to call around for me to see if another store could serve me but with no luck there they pressed it for me for free so at least the wrinkles were taken out. Very friendly staff and very happy that they went out of there way for me. The area they are located in is also convenient with other stores and services within walking distance (pet grooming, grocery, pharmacy and more)
