Browns Cleaners & Tailoring/Alterations

Very friendly gentleman working there. I brought my Canada Goose Coat to be cleaned there. Was charged 70$ which I hear is on the higher end compared to other cleaning companies but my coat came back looking new. There was no fading or discolouration anywhere. Very pleased with the results. The only issue with the experience was that it came back a day late, probably due to the holiday season.

Absolutely terrible service here. I gave them my wedding dress to be cleaned. Was charged $220. They sent it to a third party cleaner - it came back still completely dirty with a note saying they could not clean the dress further without ruining the material. I asked for money back or some sort of compensation seeing as the job was not done and received nothing. Instead I was asked to sign a waiver saying i was ok with the dress being ruined and they would send it back to the third party. I didn't want to take the risk and left with a dirty dress and no money DO NOT GO HERE!

Was charged over 200.00 to have a wedding dress cleaned. Unknown to us at the time, they contract out the work and it came back dirty with a disclaimer that if we wanted, they will try again but could ruin the dress! The owners were not helpful and would only offer to send the dress back to be possibly ruined. The cleaning was unacceptable and we didn't want to send the dress back to be ruined so we asked for a refund. The owners wouldn't budge. We don't recommend this location for wedding dresses.

This location has recently changed ownership. Used to be quite good with good service and quality work. Since the change, the quality has dropped dramatically. Put a Duvet in for cleaning and got it back a week late (they couldn't tell us where it was)...My business will be going elsewhere from now on.
