Avoid Hillary's at all costs. I had several items dry cleaned and a wool sweater was returned to me with THREE holes in it. They claimed on the receipt it was dropped off like that while in fact it was in perfect condition. Zero commitment to quality and their shifting the blame to the customer shows why you shouldn't spend your money here.

I'm very pleased with the service provided at Hillary's. I do the weekly office pick-up and drop-off service and I have never had an issue. Highly recommended.

Always professional. They are my go-to place for drycleaning, broken zippers, and any mending. Fast and affordable. Mike, who does the corporate pick-ups and deliveries is always so pleasant!

I have been using Hillary's for a couple of months now, they provide amazing service and have friendly staff. I would recommend them to anyone looking to get your clothes dry cleaned in the Ottawa area.
