We have done business with 4 Season Pool and Spa Care for 2 years now and have been very impressed! Donna and Katie are great to deal with; the service technicians go above and beyond; and Eric is AWESOME! We would highly recommend this firm.

Great store that is very accessible. Price is reasonable in comparison to other type stores. Very knowledgeable staff on the hot tub side. I do not have a pool so can’t speak to that.

Service excellence. Knowledgeable, friendly and super helpful staff. Called in about a salt-cell issue and immediately got debugging tips via phone to troubleshoot the issue. This helped in identifying exactly what was wrong without needing a service call $$. Received guidance on DIY installation and follow-up tips via phone to ensure everything was working properly.

I have been a customer of 4 Season Pool and Spa Care in Stittsville for over two years now and couldn't be happier. Last year our pool was losing a lot of water and the source of the leak was very difficult to find. 4 seasons went through the debugging process and with the aid of a scuba diver found and fixed 4 different leaks in our liner. More recently we had our 4 old heater go out of service and store manager, Eric Lanthier went above and beyond our expectations to organise a free replacement heater at no cost, he even dropped it off right in our back yard beside our pool shed and put us in contact with their recommended gas heater installation expert, Ray. The heater arrived from Toronto at 2pm and was delivered, installed and operational by 5:30pm with the old heater removed. I would give this experience 6 stars!

Eric Lanthier was really helpful when our Zodiac pool cleaner went down. He gave us options and then helped us get back on track. A casual no-pressure kind of guy with lots of knowledge. Thanks Eric and 4 Season Pool & Spa Care in Stittsvilles, ON
