Worker Micheal was instructed by manager sofie to hang up on customer he was helping on the phone, due to understaffing in store and a couple of customers. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE! these people won't help, they don't know about their products - common answer was you can read about it online - and are EXTREMELY RUDE! if i wanted to read about it online i would stay home! with business practices like these they won't be around very long anyway.

They sold broken earphone (When I try to use it, it was already broken) and they said "we never exchange apple product it is apple problem." I can't understand why sold brokem earphone is apple problem. I never recommend this store

Spent over 100 dollars on a home phone paid full price only to get home to find it was a used device voicemail was set up for ken and danniel plus had their phone numbers saved in it . Why should i be charged full price for a used device this store is out to rip people off who knows what germs were on this phone horrible over priced store who sell used garbage
