Fast and reliable. The owner has built a strong independent, long-standing business which is rare these days. His personal touch is likely why his regular customers are loyal and new customers return. It would be odd to trust the negative comments without judging for yourself, as with anything really.

I bought an Android Box from them. I knew NOTHING about Android Boxes. After a few days, I tried "Returning To Factory Settings". That did not do what I thought it would. I brought it back and admitted my mistake, asking if he could reset or reload things. He shook his head in disbelief, simply handed me a new box and said "Don't do that again." It was slightly condecending, hence the loss of the star. But overall, it was positive.

Calling in and luring people desperate for work and making them work free of charge, I went in for an interview and the owner Nick I believe he introduced himself as had me repair several computers, laptops and android boxes. After hours went by, I told him I had an appointment to get to with my lawyer and he said "oh I was going to keep you for another hour!" thats when the "reds flags" kind of went off, I have been talking with others locally and it seems I wasn't the only one to fall for this. If you really think about it if you run a business and you call in university kids for "interviews" and have them do all your work for the day, don't pay them a penny and sit on your behind; you're making one hell of a profit margin. I would advise all who enter this guys place of business consider that if he is this way with people trying to make a living, who knows who is fixing your computer or handling private data? What is he actually charging you for? I hope at the very least with this review I have deterred any other trained technicians or newcomers of the trade to accept an "interview" at this location because you will get a time slot with the others to do this mans work while he lounges around and gets paid on your hard work. I found it very unprofessional, and upsetting. I feel like I cant trust anyone in the computer field any more because of my experience here.

Was going to bring in my pc but , the reviews are a bit messed an the response to the reviews are just as absurd. I can see by the reviews your unprofessional

Got a laptop full of boat ware costing more than it's worth of suggest the place across town they have refurbs with better pricing
