Cell Tech Niagara

Went to this shop after visiting all seaway mall phone shops. My phone fell in water, screen not working and the seaway mall shops told me I have to pay 130 for a new screen! and it is not fixable. Someone at the mall gave me this shop address. If you are looking for for the following go to Cell Tech: Quality service Clear and to the point deals great timing Reasonable prices The Guy there called Brain, knew well how important is customer first impression is: Explained well what the problem could be, what he can do, what I will pay and how much time it will take and welcomed negotiating the price and his willingness to make it a reasonable one. I guess he did won a customer.. I will definitely go back! I think this phone shop offer better quality job and deals other fancy shops will not. Thanks

I really wanted to give a good review to Brian and Stacey... they are good people but I found the service was quite unresponsive and I had to keep calling to get my phone back. I appreciate that the owners acknowledged their mistake and tried to make it right by sending my phone back to me, but it took weeks for that to happen (after many reminders from me) and in the end I received something that did not work, after they said they had fixed it. During the service repairs I had to keep calling and was told the phone would take more time or to come back. It was a very disappointing and frustrating experience for me with CellTech and I couldn't trust if I was being told the truth about my phone and its repairs.

Don't waste your time with a cheap, generic screen. Pay the extra $50 and get Apple to replace your screen! Cell Tech offered fast service and they're nice people, but super disappointing handiwork. I had them replace the screen on my iPhone and it never worked properly. I went into the store 3 times, and the owner Brian told me that he would order an Apple screen, since the generic version was so slow and crappy. I waited weeks and weeks for my new screen, until Brian stopped answering the phone when I called. He's really hard to get a hold of and was clearly avoiding me. I ended up buying a new phone.

Outstanding customer service, a lot of stores could learn from these guys... customers are always number 1 and they back their work 100%. Try them before you try anywhere else. Great prices and quality workmanship also.

My LG G3 lost the WiFi. Brought it here and Bryant was very helpful. Fast trouble shooting and repair. They stand by their work, a few days later and lost WiFi again, brought it back and CPU was overheating and took out the WiFi, they fixed that so it won't over heat and WiFi is fine now. No extra charges. GREAT SERVICE!
