I went to this Staples to purchase a laptop today. While looking at laptops there was a customer in front of me looking at the same laptop. An employee came and served this customer first. During their interaction, the customer pointed out the sale price on the computer. The sale price expired a couple of days ago however the manager came and honored the old sale price. When it was my time to purchase the same laptop, I informed the employee who was helping me that I would like the same deal the other customer just received. He said they will give it to me for the same price. The manager pulled the employee into the back room and eventually came out with a laptop. This laptop was a much cheaper laptop and not the one I wanted. I failed to realize this and only noticed when I got home. I will be returning this laptop and other items I purchased and will never shop at this location again. Honesty goes a long way and being deceitful just lost you a customer.nnDo not shop at this Staples location.

Went to this store looking for black ink to fit my Epson ET-2800. The refill number is Epson 522, which they did not have in stock. The staff member sold me an Epson 502 and said it’s the same ink and I just needed to be careful when refilling. The nozzle on the 502 is different and will not fit. I live out of province or would return. Not the advise I would expect from this store.

The customer service was very disappointing. It took over five minutes just to print a receipt for an online order, and during that time more than five people were waiting in line at the customer service desk. Meanwhile, four employees were standing around without assisting customers. One employee seemed more focused on charging his phone than helping a customer purchase a bag. I recommend improving staff awareness and prioritizing customer service to prevent experiences like this. 11 a.m., Dec 3, 2025

AVOID FOR PASSPORT PHOTOS. My first photo taken by them was denied by service Canada. I went in for second, at which point I realized after that the photographer had signed the guarantor line on the back of the photo that is not supposed to happen - it is for someone who knows the passport applicant. I went back and asked for a refund, learned the photographer actually is not a photographer and knows nothing about the process. Probably wasted about 2 hours at this place in total with no photo to show for it. Abysmal customer service, horrendously long wait at the print shop always. They have also printed my photos wrong more than once. Will not be returning.

Worst staples ever i have been , only 2 people working in print station , half of the print machine are out of the service .nnStaff aren’t bothered to help out .
