I had a great experience with the shop. My phones screen shattered and it was an expensive repair, but it took only 45 minutes. Due to me being a previous customer, the Owner gave me a free phone case. When I came back I was told that a different part of my phone was broken, a part I didn’t pay to be fixed but he told me he would order in the part, give me a call, and fix it for free. I recommend this shop to everyone.

I originally rated 2 stars but after talking with Nick, I decided to change my review a bit. After writing the review below, I received a call from Nick. He personally went to the shop to look at the Nexus and do some tests. Unfortunately, he couldn't give a better report about it. He offered to have it fixed for less than what was originally quoted to me. I still don't understand what happened with the Nexus. It really was working perfectly before I first dropped it off, but I understand that it's hard to take someone's word for it when the evidence points to something else. Anyway, I appreciate the fact that he personally checked out the device and offered a lower price to fix it. It showed that he cares about the customer. First review: This was my experience with geebo. In previous years I had a Nexus 5 and I loved it! It was my favourite phone that I've ever had experience with. Unfortunately, I was baking and the bottom end (with a case on it) fell into a bowl of melted chocolate. The microphone no longer worked and the speakers were clogged. I decided to upgrade to a different phone. So, I went with an LG g3. The Nexus still worked perfectly, you just couldn't talk into it because the microphone was blocked. It had a crack in the screen but you couldn't even see it when the screen was on. It caused zero problems. Anyway, my LG g3 recently gave up working. The screen just fades to black, all the time. Instead of spending money for a new phone, I thought that maybe I'd get the Nexus microphone repaired and just use that since it STILL worked perfectly and charged super fast. I took it to Geebo in Dartmouth and told them the chocolate story and they said that it would need the whole bottom part replaced, including the charging port (which still worked) because it was all part of the same thing. That was fine and the price was good. So, I gave the go ahead. When I got the Nexus back, the body was cracked at the charging port site but I didn't mind, as long as the microphone and speakers worked. I started to check facebook, and youtube to check the microphone and speakers. They worked great!! Unfortunately, the touch screen now was malfunctioning. When I tried to scroll down it would click on pretty much every video or comment section I passed. It scrolled super fast so that I couldn't see what was passing. Sometimes it scrolled in the opposite direction. Sometimes it wouldn't let me swipe the app away. Super annoying. So, I decided to contact Geebo the next day and explain what was happening. I plugged it in that night to charge. It was plugged in all night long and by morning was only at 55% charge. I plugged it in at work all day long the next day and by the end of the day it still was only at 90%. I called Geebo in halifax (where I live) and told them what was happening since I picked it up from the other shop. The guy told me that it might be a defective charging port, which could also affect the touch screen. I was glad to hear that. They said that they could replace the charging port for free if that was the problem. I dropped it off the next day and waited to hear back. They called me this morning and told me that it was not the charging port but that I needed a new screen because the crack was causing the malfunction. I was surprised by this since it was working perfectly before I dropped it off at the shop and the crack has been there for about 3 years. I told them that. The guy said that eventually a cracked screen gives out. I told him that it was fine before I dropped it off at the shop. He continued to tell me that cracked screens eventually give out. I couldn't believe it. All it had needed was a new microphone. He told me that it would be $100 + tax for a new screen. I was not pleased.

My iphone 6 screen broke on my flight to NS last month. My niece Britney told me about Geebo. They were able to replace the screen the same afternoon I brought my phone into them. Best part is that the screen they used to repair my broken one is just a hair thicker and obviously stronger!! Smokin' service and great work. Tx for helping me out Geebo! Life savers!

They managed to repair my mbp at a fraction of the cost other places where charging. They also sell fidget spinners for those who are into that.
