I had a great experience at Best Buy Dartmouth on May 25, 2025. The customer service agent who helped me was super friendly and made the whole process of exchanging my car seat really easy. They helped me find a much safer option with no hassle at all. I really appreciated how smooth everything went—thanks again!

Staff was very kind and helpful in processing my gaming purchases. Hardware and software on offer was of a decent range and quality. Good spot to stop by if you're looking to stock up on physical games and accessories/consoles.

I think I'm done with Best Buy.nBought a Hicense A/C machine, got the 2 yr warranty extra cost and the machine stopped working properly 1 month after the warranty expired. Was told nothing could be done....without paying for repairs of course.nExtremely disappointed.

Good products but terrible customer service. I was looking to buy a laptop and the associate was very helpful and talked about the essential details of the products. I decided to finance for a period of 24 months as it was stated on the label beside the product. When it came to the credit check process the supervisor was extremely rude and she said it is not possible to finance for a period of 24 months, which tells me that whatever the company wrote on the labels was an absolute LIE. She was not helpful at all and it felt like she didn’t want to sell the laptops and had a discriminating mindset.

The staff here is SO RUDE. I went on 06/06/2025 at 6.30 pm and every single staff member on shift were people of color, they were speaking their own language which I recognize as I speak it too. and they were so so rude to us as customers, had NO intention of helping the customers, we walked straight out of the store.
