Don't go to best buy and expect the product you are purchased is a new product or and unopened product with out any missing partsnnWe went to best buy just to purchase a particular product on Christmas eve instantpot airfry oven which their website showed 1 in stock, so we asked an rep to help us find it, but they where not able to locate it, and let us know that it might be an error or got stolen or something, so they told us they can place an order for that online which will arrive only after a week, I placed the online order with them even though I was not happy about that situation, because we where really hoping to get the oven and use the rotisserie function for Christmas eve and on the Christmas day with our family.nnBut while going through the website I found another product which have similar functions that I am looking forBella pro airfry rotisserie oven so we decided to cancel the online order and purchase that, and we where very excited to use the function for cooking and very happy we where able to get the oven with the same function we where looking for on that day, I showed the sales rep the picture of the oven and they grabbed it to the check out counter, while finishing up the payments I noticed the box looked like it was handled roughly and open, so I mentioned it to the sales rep who was handling the payments, but they let us know it was it was totally fine. So I trusted themnnI got home and opened the box it was really disappointing, it was missing the rotisserie bar and the box was clearly opened and used by someone else, it completely spoiled our plans for Christmas eve. And a mistake like this form a company like best buy is unacceptable
We went to buy just only 1 iPhone but Assistant manager Nishant offered us unstoppable and eye catching deal that landed us to buy 2 iPhones. His knowledge on gadget’s is unremarkable. His friendly approach and customer oriented vision makes our experience with him unforgettable. We highly recommended him and Kyle store manager.
I had a wonderful customer service experience at Best Buy! Pat was extremely helpful and patient while I was deciding which gaming console to buy. He really listened to what I was looking for and guided me through the options without any pressure. I truly appreciated his professionalism and friendly attitude thanks to him, I left feeling confident with my purchase.
This store is there just to sell their plans by unskilled workers with no communication skills . I would recommend never ever go to this store. Managers don’t even care about your money , they just wanna meet their targets. Store managers and sale managers have a same plan to push sales unless they get customers annual memberships . We experienced this after making huge purchase of tv with them. This store employees were so helpful back then around 2-3 years ago but nowadays they just don’t care about your presence and time .
I bought a headset and they said I can come replace it anytime and get a different one cause I’ve had the two year warrant and today I went to go replace it and get a new one. They be like no you can’t do it in the store, you have to ship it. You need a label and everything. They didn’t tell me that when I bought it, they lied so they can make some extra money. I don’t like the service and they also said I applied for the replacement online, but I never did so basically I had to call them and figure out what’s going on. They lied to me at the store and didn’t give me full info about the replacement. Really bad customer service.
