I love Sally's they almost always have the products I'm looking for. Staff is friendly and helpful. It's never crowded so there never a big line to wait in at check out.
Absolute worst customer service I've ever encountered. I bought a pack of extensions here earlier in the week. When I purchased the extensions the packaging looked worn but I didn't question it. Once I brought the extensions home, I researched the brand and saw the awful ratings so I opted to return them for the higher quality brand they carry. I live quite far from this location so I called ahead to ensure I wasn't wasting my time on returning them and purchasing the better brand. After waiting for nearly ten minutes to even be served, the associate Megan examines the extension packaging with a fine tooth comb and determines that I must be lying and the extensions had been opened they had not. She then goes to the back to "speak with her manager" who I already had spoken to on the phone earlier and said she wouldn't be there the time I was coming but assured me I would get my refund. She comes back ten minutes later and tells me she can't refund the extensions. After going back to the back twice to "speak with her manager" aka examine the packaging herself, she agrees to give me my refund. The fact that I had to convince an associate to give me a refund is absurd for two reasons 1. her manager had already approved it and 2. nowhere on my receipt did it state anything about terms on which extensions could be returned or not. With the abundance of other Sally's around, save yourself the headache and either go to another location or order online! Lesson learned.
This Whitby store rarely answers the phone, and when they do youre left on hold, you don't know you're on hold, its silent. Unfortunately this is the place my hairdress told me to get very expensive extensions for my wedding.. please try harder, you lost good business.
Only visited this place once. I have no idea where to look so Staff took me right to the product I was supposed to pick up .Thank you. Located in Whitby Smart Centres North at Taunton and Brock.
Each time I have entered this store in Whitby or called to ask questions the staff have been very helpful, knowledgeable and approachable. I appreciate the excellent customer service they provide! Thank you Sally Beauty Whitby!!!
I've been going to this Sally's for 7 years. I loved the customer service and the deals. It always felt like I was going to my gf's place. Now the old staff is gone and it's just not the same. My old rating is 5 stars. My new rating reflects the service and the new vibe. #notfeelingit
Great customer service at store level, but Canadian sales outreach to customers at corporate level sucks. Their website online only lists American sales. And they put out a Canadian flyer ever month for sales. But you only know about it if you go into the store. As a Sally's member I am on their email list but have never recieved a email flyer from them. I have suggested to corporate level to put their flyer on flipp but no response.
Worse management. Price being told at the cashier does not match the sticker on the shelf.
Staff is friendly and helpful. Lots of selection and prices are reasonable. Check the clearance rack! Some gems in there.
It has great stuff that u won't find in some department stores plus an inexpensive membership that gives u discounted prices.
