Popeye's Supplements Whitby

Sold me 5lb container of Diesel French Vanilla Protein powder, I absolutely LOVED it. However, halfway through the container, with 3 years left before expiry, the contents appeared to start turning green... Also it has always been kept properly sealed. I brought it back to ask if it was okay, the attendant said they'd never seen that before but also wouldn't replace it for me. Heck, if it was normal I'd happily continue using it and probably buy more right there. Now I'm SOL and have to find another product that works for me, and a new location to buy product from. Thanks..

Staff is not knowledgeable on products. Purchase an item as well that was not what they suggested and tried to return it the following day. The staff members refused to do the return nor would they even look at my receipt which states I purchased it the day before. Both items were sealed and unopened. Stated they couldn't do the return without a manager. I contacted Ajax and went they're instead. I will not be returning to whitby's location

The guy who served me was the best customer service I’ve ever had he went above and beyond was really nice even though it was very busy definitely recommend my family and friends to go to the brock st in Whitby location 10 stars for him

Location is closest to us, and selection is plenty! Went in there the past Saturday, found what I was looking for and even more sales. Had great sales on Fusion supps. Staff was really friendly and knowledgeable, this is one of the better Popeyes locations I've visited. I will definitely shop at this one again!

I was helped by a very pleasant, respectful and knowledgeable young man. I'm sure to stop by even if I don't need anything . We need more people like that for the economy to recover !! I really recommend this store.

The 2 gentlemen at the store today were extremely kind and courteous in helping me with an exchange I had to do for a product that had a hole in its bag. The product was bought from another location, but they were ok with doing the exchange when the Oshawa location on king street was not. Ive been shopping in the Oshawa location for a long time but will definitely be coming to the Whitby one from now on.

Went to pick up protein powder for my son. The gentleman behind the counter was very friendly and knowledgeable. He took his time and explained in detail, so by the end I knew I was getting the right product. Thanks Alex
