Good selection, helpful staff. They even open up temporary change rooms to try on costumes for Halloween. Great place.

We have purchased both costumes and balloons in the past from here. This time we bought birthday balloons for our 6 year old daughter. A day and half later the balloons began to deflate even though we had the Hi-Float put in. By the end of the second day the balloons were completely deflated. We went back to the store with the balloons and the receipt. The store refused to replace them saying they only guarantee them for 12 hours. Will never buy from Party City again.

Visited this store on Saturday 23rd of July 2016 to purchase 5 balloons. and some sundry items. As I waited to have the balloons blown up I was Ignored by staff (one of whom was the manager) for more than 10 minutes and then told I would have to wait at least 1 hour to have the 5 balloons blown up as they wait on call in customers first.. What is that all about in a retail store? I suggested to the manager that he should have at least one staff member waiting on walk in customers. He told me his instructions come from head office. Very poor customer service!! Rude staff except for the cashier who was very helpful. I will not be shopping at this location again.
