This review is for the photo center. Hadi was EXTREMELY patient with me when trying to figure out my order. He walked me through how to upload and how to use canva. The photo announcement card came out perfectly because of him and I genuinely wouldn’t have been able to figure it out on my own. 5/5 stars! Thanks a million! :

I had a great experience with the Staples Printing Centre! I placed a last-minute order late on a Friday and was impressed that it was ready for pickup that same night. When I came in the next morning, there was a small issue with the print, but the associate Falguni was incredibly polite, attentive, and helpful. She resolved the issue quickly and professionally. This was my first time printing large posters here, and based on the excellent service, I’ll definitely be back. Highly recommend!

Generally good customer service and helpful people.nBut can we please get more associates on the shipping centre? There is constantly a line up for Amazon returns and the wait is long. Can you maybe come up with a better process for this if associates aren’t available?

I went to Staples Brantford Jan 31/26. I was served by Sathish. He was a very informed, knowledgeable sales rep. He didn't try to over sell just helped me with what I needed. We had a pleasant conversation while he was setting up my new phone contract. Which saved me money in the long run and all same services I was just very impressed. I will seek Sathish out again when I need expert advice. The other reps too that were in that department were just so personable and friendly as well.

Terrible customer service where you return Amazon packages. They both saw me but didn't come over to help , I had to call them over . Two useless employees over there with the nasty attitude should be fired . The cashier was great but these other two really put a damper on the business.
