Staples Brantford

Machines jammed ,difficult interfaces. Very busy. No sense of urgency to help. We are on a business trip and need files printed. We ended up helping other customers with their printers.....yes we ended up to the employees job for them. Staples should be paying us an hourly rate. Don't come here if you need important business done. I did thank an employee that finally helped while my business partner continued to help a fellow customer.

When staples re-newed their website they chose not to backup any of the files that their customers had uploaded online. Now, when you go to use their "Easy Re-order" service online, you cannot simply re-order, you have to load your documents again. This is a SLAP in the face to all of your customers! Whoever decided to whip the files clean and not notify your customers is a living brain donor! Epic fail! Thanks for costing me time and money! Oh, and don't bother calling this location to ask them anything about the order number- they don't know what that is! Great staff! NOT!!!

I bought warranty on my iPads! Staples was terrific! Not only did they fulfill the warranty, they gave me a better deal!
