I had a great experience with the Staples Printing Centre! I placed a last-minute order late on a Friday and was impressed that it was ready for pickup that same night. When I came in the next morning, there was a small issue with the print, but the associate Falguni was incredibly polite, attentive, and helpful. She resolved the issue quickly and professionally. This was my first time printing large posters here, and based on the excellent service, I’ll definitely be back. Highly recommend!

I had a wonderful experience at this location yesterday! Unfortunately, I don’t remember the associate’s name, but he did an excellent job. He took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly and provided thoughtful recommendations to help me find the right laptop. He even went above and beyond by carrying my purchases out to my car since I am pregnant, which I greatly appreciated.nnWhile he was retrieving items from the back, a few members of higher management who were walking through the store also checked in and offered their assistance. Everyone I interacted with was cheerful, professional, and eager to help.nnThank you for turning what is usually an overwhelming task into such a smooth and positive experience!

Don’t use this location for any kind of drop off, they will forget and they don’t know how to do it.nEven after paying for express shipping service, they forgot and did not put package on their system for 2 business days. When I went there to inquire they found my package in lost and stolen box.nnGood luck if you are sending personal documents or travel documents.

Perfect for office tasks.nPooped in. No wait. Used the printer and copier and got everything done in a jiffy.nWas a very fair price to do the prints.nWill continue to use this service as it totally makes more sense for me then to buy a printer and copier.nDefinitely recommend it.

I had a great experience! The staff were super helpful and knowledgeable, taking the time to answer all my questions as I had no idea how the printer ‍thingy was going to work and a couple more things.nThe store wasn't busy at all, which made it easy to browse and get assistance without feeling rushed. It was good and the staff are friendly and willing to lend a hand. And printing stuff is at a cheap price..
