Creative Outlooks Custom Upholstery

I was very disappointed in my chesterfield and chair after it taking 6months to do. It does not look professionally done, it's very sloppy work. The fabric is rippling and when questioned about this he said "I wondered if I should have put buttons on the back." The fabric has not been made to be tight enough around the cushions and it is all rippling. The piping does not go all around the cushions. He made a joining in the piping at the front of the couch, where everyone can see it. There is a seam at either side of the front of the couch. One side measures 2 1/2 inches, the other side is 4 1/2inches. It is very noticeable. He changed the style of the couch and chair without asking me. He made what he calls a "Waterfall" down the sides of the arms. He didn't ask me about that and I don't like it. Springs are squeaking on the bottom and back of the couch. The undercarriage is not in the same fabric. The fabric is not a good fit on the couch arm end, there seems to be too much fabric. I was totally shocked when I got my chesterfield and chair back. He took it Jan 6/16 saying it would take a month. I finally got it back Aug 6/16. If I could I would give him no stars.
