Sleep Country

I purchased a beautiful mattress, box spring and new pillows as well as attress/pillow protectors and Egyptian cotton sheet set. Very pleased with everything. Plus the delivery crew. I phoned the store to compliment them on everything. The only reason I give a 4 star rating is because the salesperson deceived me about the extended warranty (which I also purchased) I was told that the warranty covered cat scratches and later found out that this is not covered. This was the one reason I agreed to buy the warranty in the first place. Very disappointed in this!

Was at the Sleep Country Brantford location today. When we arrived a lady told us she was going to get a man to help my fiancé and I. We waited 15 minutes and still no one had helped us and there were 4 employees just standing and talking. We walked out and purchased our matress elsewhere. Horrible customer service.

If i could give zero stars i would. Purchased a new mattress with hopes of a speedy delivery. Was told it take 10 days. Thought that was a long time but then agreed. Keep in mind I was hoping far sooner since I have back problems due to a recent motor vehicle accident. Get a call a day before delivery and was told there was a computer glitch and my order was never placed. My matress will take yet another 10+ days. Sleep country's error and yet I am the one suffering. Needless to say I will never to business with Sleep County ever again. No customer satisfaction. I was clearly unhappy with the call about my order, and all they can say was 'sorry'...you will just have to wait. I still haven't received my matress ordered and paid for. I'm looking else where...at this point I'd rather start the process over elsewhere like The Brick or Leon's. I hate the idea of Sleep country currently having my money for a product that has yet to be seen. This was an in store purchase.
